Returns for Refunds

Please note if you purchased an item on sale we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please note if your return on NON SALE items, is accepted you will be charged a $10 fee for the cost of shipping to you on your original order, and a 10% restocking fee.  The cost of shipping product to us is at your own expense. 

We have a 14-day return policy on all NON SALE products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus any shipping and restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost by the shipping provider we will initiate a claim on your behalf.  By doing so, you agree to accept the results of the shipping provider and hold us harmless to said results.

Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a Chargeback for your order for any reason.  You accept that Reball has the sole and exclusive right to determine if you are eligible for any refunds or exchanges as outlined in this policy or covered in our "Terms of Service", you can also view the "Terms of Service" at https://reball.us/policies/terms-of-service.
